IFIXEDIT!
There was a setting on that made it so if I press and hold the pen, it takes it as a right-click. So it lagged everytime I used the pen because it was like...anticipating I'd use that. Which I never do so I took it off.

My tablet lags a lot on everything except Photoshop.

My tablet wasn't doing the same thing until recently because before it was plugged into a bogus USB port that sucked the tablet of some of its features, including that. So it didn't lag.
But now it does. So thank you very much. xD
